Refund Policy

At UCall We Clean LLC, we take pride in delivering quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we want the opportunity to make it right.

Service Satisfaction
        •       If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
        •       We’ll review the concern and may offer a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost.

Refunds
        •       Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
        •       Partial refunds may be issued if a re-clean is not possible or if the issue cannot be resolved.
        •       No refunds will be given once a re-clean has been completed and accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
        •       Areas that were inaccessible or cluttered at the time of service
        •       Normal wear, stains, or damage that cannot be removed through standard cleaning
        •       Issues reported after the 24-hour window
        •       Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations not previously discussed

Cancellations
        •       Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
        •       Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Payment Disputes
        •       Any payment disputes should be communicated directly with us first. We’re always willing to talk it through and find a solution.
